This project for a Central Business District is located to the West of the city of Dongguan and aims at lending the city a new centrality while clearly defining both the administrative and cultural zones to the North and the future development zone to the South.
Our key idea is the creation of a both a huge park which crosses the central zone and a river which can establish a liaison between the administrative zone to the North and the future development zone to the South.
A series of dynamic points is integrated into the park (luxury hotel, ‘world village’, restaurants, bars, boutiques, exhibition and cultural centres, etc). The office and residential zones are organised along the edges of the park.
